Upgrades for BIOQUANT systems are delivered under a software upgrade plan. For a flat annual fee, the lab receives every software upgrade released during the year. This is the least expensive and simplest way to protect your investment in BIOQUANT.
Multiple year terms, up to three years, are available. Most labs get a 2 year upgrade plan with the initial license of their system then renew it annually. This allows the lab to keep pace with changes in Microsoft Windows and with new digital pathology technologies.

The BIOQUANT Life Science 2012 software is set for release on May 1, 2012.

Older BIOQUANT Software
Registration Update for Older BIOQUANT System
Your BIOQUANT System License will periodically expire. To renew your software license, you must re-register your software and request the free update for your BIOQUANT software product.
Patch Update for NOVA PRIME and OSTEO
BIOQUANT NOVA PRIME 6.90.10 and BIOQUANT OSTEO 7.20.10 have an update patch. This patch includes the following improvements:
- NEW FEATURE: Gain for QIMAGING color digital camera users
- IMPROVEMENT: Background Correction Build BG no longer saves a black background.
- IMPROVEMENT: Partial Field Histogram now generates a valid histogram instead of generating an empty histogram.
- IMPROVEMENT: The Data Manager no longer crashes if you enter it after performing a manual measurement.
- IMPROVEMENT: QImaging Cameras and manual Measurement over multiple fields with keyboard termination: if you used the "w" key to go to a held image, the cursor would become trapped in the Image window. This has been fixed. This procedure is often used when manually tracing a fluorescent labeled structure over multiple fields. The "w" key toggles the image held when the cursor is in the Image window, allowing the user to turn off the fluorescence.
