Training is provided via Zoom remote desktop. A Zoom meeting link will be emailed to you automatically when you schedule.

How long does training usually take?

About 60 minutes.

We started using this scheduling system about a year ago. Since then, we’ve learned a lot about the kinds of questions people ask and how long it takes to answer them. Whether you’re new to BIOQUANT or if you’re just starting a kind of project, it seems people want about 60 minutes to work on it with us.

How people use that 60 minutes varies. Sometimes it’s, “How does the software work?” Sometimes it’s, “I think I’ve got this, can you double check my procedure?” Sometimes it’s, “We’ve never measured this particular parameter before. How would we add that to our existing procedures?”
